New Town Hall, Lucerna Palace, Myšák Confectionery, Světozor Cinema and other unique Prague buildings and businesses. You will find them all in Vodičkova Street, a place in the heart of Prague where history meets modernity. The view of Vodičkova Street's nightlife with the Lucerna Palace and the Světozor from the 1970s is another of Boheme's themes. Ideal for all lovers of retro and Prague. Vodičkova Street connects two large Prague squares - Karlovo and Václavské. It got its current name in the middle of the 15th century after the rich butcher Jan Vodička, who owned the largest house here. However, it was established as a street called Pasířská in the middle of the 14th century, during the founding of the New Town. Today, Vodičkova is home to several important institutions and companies, a tram line runs through it and crowds of people flow through it daily.
