Hana Pilná, the wife of the author of this photograph, Jan Kašpar, calls the picture "Havel with a finger". And nothing could describe the poster more. Who wouldn't want the stern gaze of the playwright and first Czech president to keep an eye on him? In fact, the photograph was a wedding gift for VH's close friends Anna Freimanova, assistant director of the Na zábradlí Theatre, and Andrej Krob, head of theatre technology at the same theatre and also director of the Na tahu Theatre, which in 1975 staged Václav Havel's The Beggar's Opera, which was already a banned author at the time. Václav Havel portrays the warning "Andrej, be good to that Anita!" The newlyweds responded to this photograph with a stylized photograph of them together with their fingers raised, and their photograph was part of Václav Havel's room at Hrádeček for years.
